Questions
Are my statements uploaded when I use Pro?
No. Pro runs in your browser exactly like the free converter. We only check your subscription with our payment provider; your statements never leave your computer.
How does the missing statement check work?
Statements are put in date order, and each one must open on the balance the previous one closed on. If they don't match, a statement is missing, duplicated or from another account, and we tell you which two statements the gap sits between.
How do I cancel?
On this page, in a browser where Pro is on, choose "Manage subscription" to update your card, download invoices or cancel. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email contact@nomanfareed.com. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
