StatementReady

PDF bank statements into Xero, QuickBooks and Excel. Every balance checked.

Drop a statement and get import-ready CSV, Xero, OFX or QIF files. We check each transaction against the balances printed on the statement, so you know nothing was missed or misread. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.

How it works

  1. 1. Read in your browserThe PDF is opened on your own computer. Nothing is sent to a server.
  2. 2. Balance checkOpening balance plus every transaction must equal each printed balance. Anything that doesn't add up is highlighted.
  3. 3. ExportDownload CSV, Xero CSV, OFX (Xero, MYOB, Sage, Quicken) or QIF.

A year of statements? Drop them all at once.

Pro converts every statement in one go, checks each one's balances, and checks they join up: every statement must open on the balance the last one closed on, so a missing month can't slip through. You get one combined Xero, CSV, OFX or QIF file.

Questions

Is my statement uploaded anywhere?

No. The converter runs entirely in your browser. You can confirm it in your browser's developer tools: the network tab shows no upload when you convert a file.

Which banks are supported?

Most text-based PDF statements with a Date / Description / Money out / Money in / Balance table. Scanned or photographed statements aren't supported yet.

Is it free?

Yes, for up to 3 statements a day, one at a time. Pro removes the limit and adds batch conversion with a check that no statement is missing.

What does the balance check do?

It starts from the opening balance, applies each transaction, and compares the result with every balance printed on the statement and with the closing balance. If a line was missed or misread, the totals won't match and we show you where.

How do I import into Xero?

Download the Xero CSV or OFX file, then in Xero open the bank account, choose Manage Account → Import a Statement, and upload the file.
